MAJA 30 KVM with loft

Maja is contemporary Attefallshus designed with organic facade structure. It contains everything needed for relaxation. The relaxation area is completely decorated in beautiful light aspen boards. The bathroom is completed with shower area, washbasin and wall-hung toilet. The spacious relaxation room works for socialization as well as guests and the wide sliding glass section can be oriented towards the front or gable of the house.

As in all Summer Pleasure houses, the interior throughout in natural materials is the same high level as in our larger houses. Of course, all legal requirements imposed on Attefallshus are met. In timeless design, the house has a harmonious architecture that lasts over time. Form-proof gable roof without a roof and unbroken sliding glass areas gives clear character and views in several directions. Turnkey mounted timeless house of 30 sqm and loft is priced 860.000 SEK.

Transport and ground work are offered individually.

Whats included with the attefallshus

Simply explained, all materials for the house above the ground and a standard drawing are included in our attefallshus kit. We improve and develop our kit on an ongoing basis and twice a year these changes are determined in a new scope of delivery. Below we always show what is included in the current delivery scope.

Roof
  • Inner panel made of pine/spruce 13 mm of thickness, white washed.
  • Counter battens made of spruce 45×45 mm, c 600 mm.
  • Mineral wool insulating material between battens, 45 mm of thickness.
  • Vapor barrier membrane.
  • Construction wood 195×45 mm, c 600 mm.
  • Mineral wool insulating material between construction wood, 195 mm of thickness.
  • Breathable membrane.
  • Battens made of spruce for ventilation gap 30×45 mm, c 600 mm.
  • Roof boarding made of spruce tongue and groove of variety G4-3 or better, thickness ≥ 17 mm at ≤ 1200 mm.
  • Center distance between the rafters or laths. Width 95 or 120 mm.
  • Underlay membrane YAM 2000.
  • Icopal TopSafe Pro bitumen sheets.
  • Battens made of spruce for ventilation gap 28×45 mm, c 600 mm.

Outer walls

Foundation
  • The foundation and earthworks are not included. Special needs of earthworks, including pile driving, blasting or similar are not included. Foundation, plumbing & electricity hidden works have to be ready before house set delivery.
Interior walls
  • Construction wood 45×95 mm cc 400 mm.
  • Mineral wool insulating material between construction wood, 145 mm of thickness.
  • Interior wall covering 12.5 mm plasterboard in ergonomic design on either side.
  • In bathrooms, plasterboard is replaced with an approved wet room board and with an underlying construction plywood.
Fixed windows
  • Wood: finger jointed pine wood: pine of very high class B, without wood plug repairs (SIS 818104) – impregnated. All components feature a glued-slat construction. Surface treatment according to SIS 056812 for wooden windows.
  • Profile: Danish window, classic profile.
  • Coating: impregnation, priming, painting, varnishing.
  • Exterior finishing: painted, matt, interior finishing painted, matt.
  • Glazing: the sections are glazed with 3-layer insulating glass: uni glass.
  • UG=0.7 W/m2K Super Thermo +++ (T4-12A.TPS-F4-12A.TPS-T4).
  • Locking: IPA BESLAG.
  • Sealing: cut sealings, resistant to low temperatures and mechanical stresses.
Opening windows
  • Wood: finger jointed pine wood: pine of very high class B, without wood plug repairs.
  • (SIS 818104) – impregnated. All components feature a glued-slat construction.
  • Surface treatment according to SIS 056812 for wooden windows.
  • Profile: danish window, classic profile.

Door type windows/Entrance doors
  • Wood: finger jointed pine wood: pine of very high class B, without wood plug repairs. (SIS 818104) – impregnated. All components feature a glued-slat construction. Thresholds are made of finger-jointed Oak hardwood. Sills for top lights and lift/slide windows are made of pine. The slide rail in the door leaf is made of Oak hardwood.
    All products can also be specially ordered in solid mahogany, oak or teak.

HS (Half Sliding) type windows
  • Wood: finger jointed pine wood: pine of very high class B, without wood plug repairs (SIS 818104) – impregnated. All components feature a glued-slat construction. Thresholds are made of finger-jointed Oak hardwood. Sills for top lights and lift/slide windows are made of pine. The slide rail in the door leaf is made of Oak hardwood. All products can also be specially ordered in solid mahogany, oak or teak.
